Presenter onsite requirements

Presentation guidelines have been created to assist all presenters at Wounds 2020 to prepare and finalise their presentations.

There are different guidelines depending on your style of presentation, therefore please read the below information carefully and download the guidelines that are relevant to your presentation type.
 

Oral presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as an oral presenter please ensure that you download the oral presentation guidelines

It is recommended that oral presenters use the the official Wounds 2020 PowerPoint template which can be downloaded here.
 
Research oral presenters will be allocated 12 minutes; 12 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for question and answer. The allocated time will be strictly enforced to ensure the program is kept to schedule.
 

Case study oral presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as a case study oral presenter please ensure that you download the case study oral presentation guidelines here.

It is recommended that case study oral presenters use the official Wounds 2020 PowerPoint template which can be downloaded here.
 
Case study oral presenters will be allocated 7 minutes to give a presentation in the speaker program. The allocated time will be strictly enforced to ensure the program is kept to schedule.
 

Poster presentation guidelines

If you have been accepted into the program as a poster presenter please ensure that you download the poster presentation guidelines here.

It is preferred that all posters are prepared using the official Wounds 2020 poster template which can be downloaded here.

All posters will be included in the official Wounds 2020 and therefore you must ensure that you use the official poster template when preparing your poster.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all accepted posters into the official program are required to print their poster through the online print service provided to adhere to the COVID 19 safe regulations onsite.

All poster presenters are required to prepare, print and display their poster in Brisbane. While you may have provided a PDF of your poster this was for inclusion in the official Wounds 2020 inclusions, you are still required to print at your own expense and display your poster during Wounds 2020.
 

Poster printing in Brisbane

Wounds 2020 is pleased to announce that there are facilities to print your poster in Brisbane so that you do not have to travel with this on your way to the conference!

The poster printing service is in Brisbane and delivered to Wounds 2020 for you to collect and display please refer to the information below, nothing that this printing service is at an additional cost.

To print your poster, follow these easy steps!
  1. Register your details here to get started
  2. Upload your poster presentation (A0, portrait format required)
  3. Select your print quality options
  4. The poster tube is included for ease
  5. Select delivery to “exhibitor services” for collection at the conference
  6. Make payment

We recommend that you arrange this soon and do not leave it until the last minute to guarantee that it can be printed in time.
